Pokémon Legends Z-A is an upcoming action role-playing game developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo Switch and its successor, the Nintendo Switch 2. Announced in February 2024 as part of the ninth generation of Pokémon games, Legends: Z-A acts as a continuation of Pokémon X and Y (2013) and represents the second chapter in the Pokémon Legends series, following Pokémon Legends: Arceus (2022).  The game is set entirely within Lumiose City, the Paris-inspired metropolis of the Kalos region.
